FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long are the programs?

All of our programs are ongoing and continuous programs. You can stay on for as long as you’d like to receive new programming.


How many days a week will I be training and how long will each session take?

With our gym programs you will train six days per week on our programs and you can set the length to 90 minutes, 60 minutes, or 30 minutes. Our at-home programs are five days a week and take 45-60 minutes to complete.

What fitness level are your programs for?

Any fitness level can complete our programs because all of the programmed weights are based on each individual's one rep maxes. As long as you have a grasp of the most basic lifts you will be good to go! We also include video demonstrations with coaching cues of all the movements if you are unsure of how to perform an exercise correctly.


How do I cancel? 

You can cancel by emailing support@nakedprogram.com prior to your bill date. We ask that you please e-mail at least 24 hours before your next bill date to ensure that we are able to put the cancellation in motion before you are billed.
